Analysis of Airplane Boarding Strategies Ⅰ——A Discrete Event Simulation Model

We established a discrete event simulation airplane boarding model,we analyzed and compared diverse boarding policies and design three bran-new efficient boarding strategies.Our model is mainly grounded on simulation,which is effective,precise.This model can judge the boarding strategies in an external,comprehensive way.There are some parameters in the model,by adjusting them we can easily adapted our model to different type of airplanes and various boarding situations.A sensitivity analysis is also conducted,by which we pick up the ″Attentive Rate″ and the ″Unbending Rate″ are two important interference factors,that can be considered as the emphasis way to value a good boarding policy beside the total boarding time and the average boarding time.
