An Improvement of Offline Algorithm for k-server Problem

We first review k-server problem and the proof of off-line algorithm and point that it is necessary to improve this classical off-line algorithm with the complexity of O(m(nk)2).Then a new algorithm with the complexity of O(mk2) is designed in this paper.
