Mathematical Model for Identifying Wells and Layers with Ineffective Injection-production for Heterogeneous Oilfield

For multi-layer sand reservoir,high permeability channel would be formed between oil well and water well at the later stage of water flooding.This caused the injected water circulates with no efficiency and thus decreased the oil wells' production.Measures of profile control and/or water shutoff must be taken in order to improve the effect of water driving oil.The key problem is to identify the wells and layers having ineffective circulation.In this paper,the indexes have been determined for identifying ineffective injection-production circulation and corresponding mathematical model was constructed with fuzzy theory.
