An Integral Formula for Closed Surfaces in E~3 and Its Application

WANG Ru-shan(Anhui Normal University,Wuhu 241000,China)  
By using Minkowski formula,we derive an interesting integral formula for closed surfaces isometrically immersed in E3,and then apply this formula to obtain a characterization of the surface.
