Bid Evaluation Method of Highway Engineering Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multi-attribute Decision Making

Bid evaluation of highway engineering in essence is an issue of multiple attribute decision making.After the partial information of the competed bids of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy attribute value of each index and attribute weights is obtained from experts,the scored function and standard deviation of the number of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy are defined,and then a linear programming method for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making is presented.Finally,the detailed process and validity of the road of decision making are explained by an illustrative example.
