Creating Plan for Breakthrough Action Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design

To expatiate on the important status and the current challenge of the breakthrough action in attack campaign,use EINSTein system to gain emulation data dased on orthogonal experimental design,use the method of Stat.to analyse the essentiality sequence and the mutual effect of the action's factors,creat the combat plan for the single target and the muti-target instance.
