Blind Number Model of Evaluating Commercial Banks Position Value and Its Application

The job evaluation is a groundwork in human resource management for commercial banks. Aiming to improve the scientificity and rationality of assessment, this paper brings up a new method, a combination of the point-factor method and blind number theory, and explains the basic idea of modeling and its solution processes. Application examples illustrate that this assessment is scientific and the result is reliable. The method is of significant meanings, both theoretically and practically.
