Bi-Level Programming Model for Leasing or Selling Durable Goods Based on Reverse-Demand of the Market Under The Carbon Emission Trading Mechanism

To achieve emission reduction targets and maximize profits aboutdealer for leasing or selling durable goods durable, with the carbon emission trading mechanism, a bi-level programming problem for leasing or selling durable goods is established under the reverse-demand of the market. Based onthis model, we consider the dealer's leasing or selling strategies when we do not implement and implement the carbon emission trading mechanism,compare the effects of the two cases on the number of leasing or selling, the price andthe profit of the dealer in the first and second phases.The results showed that:The dealer only lease durable goods to maximize profits when we do not implement the carbon emission trading mechanism.In the implementation of thepolicy, the dealer can take the leasing and selling combination to achieve emission reduction targets and maximize profits;When implementing the carbon trading mechanism, the carbon cap is not related to the dealer's optimalnumber of leasing and selling, the optimal price of leasing and selling;Without considering technological innovation to reduce the carbon emission per unit product, the increase in the transaction price of unit carbon emissions will be helpful to improve the emission reduction of the dealer.
