Analysis of Satisfaction for the Teaching Quality Based on Fuzzy Data Mining

Fuzzy data mining provides an effective tool for making decision to use fuzzy information. For teaching characteristics of university, we construct reasonable evaluative framework of teaching quality. By questionnaires, the total 623 valid samples are collected and mined fuzzy association rules. The fuzzy rule base constructs the combinations of 11 fuzzy linguistic values with corresponding satisfaction, which induces some key factors for teaching quality. It can availably help the manager and educator on the decision.
