Multivariate Statistical Methods for Consistency Assessment of Quality Characteristics

The muitivariate normal moaei is estabnsned with the same mean value and equal variance. Three multivariate statistical methods, such as maximum likelihood estimation method, mixed method and the two step method, are used to estimate the unknown parameters in this model. Taking the ternary normal model as an example to carry out the simulation,the root mean square error of the three methods is compared. The results show that the two-step method has a better performance. At the same time, the three methods were applied to the gyroscope production test stage, and the consistency of the gyro quality characteristics was evaluated.
