Simulation Study on the Energy-saving Reconstruction Strategy of Chaoshan Local House

As the Chaoshan local house, which bears the nostalgia of millions of resident, can not meet the requirements of the overall living environment of modern people, it is increasingly being abandoned regrettably and even demolished painfully. The energy-saving reconstruction of Chaoshan local houses will be conducive to enhancing their use value, thus realizing the cultural inheritance, protection and activation of traditional dwellings. Aiming at the commonly used strategies of building energy-saving reconstruction, this paper takes the typical style of Chaoshan local house--"four-point gold" as an example. Ecotect Analysis software is the research platform.Six groups of control groups and four energy consumption simulation indicators was set up for analysis, and the simulation and evaluation of the energy-saving effect of each control group was used to achieve the optimization of design strategies.
