Analysis of Stability and Sliding Influence Range of an Abandoned Slope in Rainfall Condition

For a project example, the stability analysis of the slope stability is carried out under the conditions of rainfall and random dumping. The slope stability and slope failure sliding process are numerically simulated by FLAC3 D finite difference software. The slope of the slope is calculated by the energy conservation method. The results show that the slope of the abandoned body is in a critical state under natural conditions, and it will be unstable under heavy rain or continuous rain. The maximum slip of the north side abandonment body is 15.0 m. It will threaten the safety of the foot bridge piers on the slope side of the abandoned side of the north side. It is recommended that all actual projects should analyze the stability of the freely abandoned slope.
