Fang Chuanglin (Institute of Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, 100101)  
Based on the analysis to the specific characteristics of oases ecosystem in some dry areas, the ecoperspective of oases ecosystems in 2 000 is evaluated by grey measurement model. The result shows that the quality of oases eec-environment could be ameliorered slowly, the improved area should be 11. 69× 104 hm2 more than that of degradation. However, the contra-dictoryes problems among the population, water, soil resources. environment and economic development will be faced to the local peoples seriously. thus, the establishment of eco-consciousness, the advocation of oases eec-ethics, eco-morality and eco-civiliztion, the construction of oases. eco-agriculture, and the fastening of eco-engineering construction and ecodesign are the main ecological stratiges for the improvement of dry area oases eco-environmental quality.
