LI Wei-lin, LI Li (Pharmacy College of Xinjiang Medical University, Urumqi, 830054, China)
Objective: Propofol in human plasma was extracted by prepared molecularly imprinted polymers with propofol as tem-plate. Methods: Prepare propofol molecularly imprinted polymers by thermal polymerization, test the performance of polymers, and use them to extract the different concentrations of propofol in plasma. Results: Templates integrated with functional monomers with hydro-gen bonds ; molecularly imprinted polymers adsorbed propofol selectively in human plasma. Conclusion: Molecularly imprinted poly-mers can adsorb propofol in human plasma, and the adsorption rate is influenced by the concentration of substrate.
