IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL STUDY OF MICROTUBULE DY- NAMIC CHANGE IN FRITILLARIA PALLID1FLORA SCHRENK CALLUS CAUSED BY HORMONE

Pure tubulin of chicken brain was obtained by assembly and disassembly in vitro, and was used to inject rabbit to get its antibody. Through immunocytoche-mical method, the microtubules change in Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk callus cultured on the medium with different hormone was studied. The use of immunocy- tochemical method in plant cell was explored for methodology. After ten days, tubulin content of the callus cultured on MS medium with NAA(2mg/L) increased and the microtubule system of the protoplast isolated from the callus was very developed.
