Analysis of untouched on-line measuring the eddy current of aperture diameter of metal workpieces

In this paper,a new method of untouched on_line measurement of the aperture of metal workpieces is presented. Working principles of eddy current sensors on_line are discussed and the calculating formulas of aperture diameter are provided.In practice,this method proves easier to perform with high precision and velocity,which is practicable.
