Design of a measuring and controlling circuit for exceeding the driver alcohol standard

Aimed at the phenomenon of traffic accidents caused frequently by drunken driving,a measuring and controlling circuit for exceeding the driver alcohol standard is designed.The circuit is composed of alcohol gas detection circuit,analog-to-digital converter,the smallest MCU system,LCD indicator,sound and light alarm,relay,power supply circuit etc..It is programmed with C language software and compiled in keil environment.The hardware circuit is simulated in the PROTEOUS environment successfully,The MCU downloaded program and other related components are welded on the PCB board.Power,the alcohol gas detection circuit can be detected by the alcohol sensor.Concentration(below,average and above) can be voiced and indicated on LCD screen.When alcohol sensor test about alcohol concentration exceeds limit,the circuit can be automatically cut off to stop the ignition system of the car,causing a start failure for the car.
