Study of foam assisted CO_2-EOR in low permeability reservoir

The foam agent composed of anionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants was prepared according to the Yaoyingtai oil reservoir characteristics and property of CO_2. Long-term thermal stability test showed that the foaming ability remains 78. 8% after the agent aging 120 days at 97. 4 ℃. The foam can produce a resistance factor up to 87. The resistance factor still remains at more than 20 after gas was injected5 PV. The field tests containing three injection wells showed that the gas entry profiles of injection wells were changed effectively,and the water content of production liquid drops,and oil production increases. The produce of well 4-6 increases by 11. 89%. The gas production of P1-well falls from 1 018 m~3/ d to 680. 4 m~3/ d.
