Study on fitting of SF_6 gas pressure in GIS equipment of substation

In this paper,a model for the gas leakage of SF_6 in GIS equipment of substation is proposed.Through the modeling analysis and data fitting,the corresponding curve of SF_6 gas pressure and time is obtained. Based on this curve,the change trend of the gas pressure and the leakage rate in the future time are estimated. By comparing the fitting value with the actual measured value,it can be found that the error between the fitting value and the measured value is less than 0. 1%,which proves the accuracy of the model. The work of this paper can provide guidance for the gas supply of SF_6 in GIS equipment with gas leakage.
