Optimization design of tension spring for anti-backlash gear based on bidirectional deflecting platform

In order to reduce or eliminate the reverse idle error in the gear transmission and to meet the required power for transmission,the most critical is to determine the tension spring parameters in the antibacklash gear,in addition to a reasonable structural design. Based on the output power of the servo motor and the design parameters of the gear transmission,this paper optimizes the tension spring in the selected antibacklash gear using the minimax optimization method,and calculates the optimization result as the required anti-backlash gear pull. The specific operating parameters of the spring are obtained by the working diagram of the anti-backlash gear tension spring.
