Application of grey prediction method in prediction of concrete damage layer thickness

In order to solve the problem of long period of time in testing resulted from using the testing method to obtain the thickness value of the damaged layer of concrete,the gray prediction method is introduced into the study of the thickness value of the concrete damage layer,and the thickness of concrete damage layer is based on the different concentrations of sodium sulfate solution,different water-to-binder ratio and different damage ages under different interactions of sulfate. Grey prediction is used to predict the condition of concrete damage and the result shows: the grey prediction method can be used to dynamically predict the thickness of concrete damage layer,and the calculation is fast and highly accurate. It can be used in the research of concrete,and it is beneficial to promote the application of grey prediction theory in the field of durability of concrete.
