On the risks and countermeasures of food safety production in the New Era

Food safety incidents have been frequently exposed in recent years,which leads to increasingly severe food safety crisis monitoring and prevention and control.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to improve the national health policy and provide people with a full health services.The implementation of food safety strategy of allowing people to rest assured about food puts higher requirements for food safety risk management in the new era.This article systematically identifies food safety risks and proposes specific food safety risk prevention measures.
