Analysis of the influence of frosting method on the result of defrosting test of wind-window glass in automobile

In accordance with the "GB 1155-2009" automobile wind glass defrosting and defrosting system performance and test method, found that: when using the high-pressure air spray to build Frost, the water is quickly spray on the front windshield surface, and the high speed water fog hit the front windscreen, some of the fog will bounce off the glass. The main drain is on the edge of the glass, which causes actually fall on the front windshield less than the Calculation. In view of the above, this experiment uses plastic baffle to block the water vapor from the edge of the glass, which can effectively increase the probability that the fog will land on the front windshield, thereby reducing the loss of water. On this basis, a series of experiments without plastic baffle were carried out, compared with the test results, and the results showed that the two defrosting time-defrosting trace curves almost coincide.
