Automobile Lamp Defogging Design And Test

Automotive lighting is an important safety component in the car, it is an important guarantee for night lighting and signal interaction. Taking the headlight of HFC0010 model as an example, the forward anti-fog design and verification method of the headlight of the passenger car are discussed. The air flow and temperature distribution inside the headlight are simulated with the help of ANSYS 3 D software. Make a reasonable arrangement of ventilation holes in the headlamps to meet the lanterns heat and air circulation requirements, while optimizing the internal structure of the lamp design, improving interior air circulation of the lamp. and reduce the risk of the formation of fogging. On the basis of the actual vehicle test verification, established the car headlamp anti-fog design flow and verification method.
