Flexibly Utilizing Adventure Education to Establish New Mode to Cultivate League Cadres

With the example of Hangzhou Youth League College's cadres' training practice,the theme explored how to made league cadres' training being more suitable for the characteristics of contemporary youth in accordance with the new situation and tasks via the statement of feasibility to achieve the predictable outcome,which is also the issue that the league cadre training's organizers and educational workers need to deeply consider. Adventure education is an educational approach stressing experience in its content and forms,which could be directly understood as experiencing education. The education was introduced from Hong Kong to Mainland,from the Pearl Delta to gradually promote to the ranges of the entire nation,which takes the increasing functions in all fields and realms,especially the industries of training. Exploring adventure's education proves innovative significance for league cadres' training reform,hence to entirely improve the quality level of league cadres,consolidating league powers and promote social harmony and progress.
