Accuracy Analysis on a New Approach of Triangle Elevation Measuring

The theoretic basis of using the triangle-elevation measuring method instead of the way of Class Ⅲ and Class Ⅳ ground leveling is discussed in this paper.The means of universal gauge free-setting is also introduced.It is not necessary to measure the height of gauging instrument and prism in this method.It can not only deduce the error forming in triangle elevating,but also speed up the measuring.
