Degradation of the Agricultural Non- point Source Pollution by Artificial Ecosystem

Aimed at the currently serious non- point source pollution and technology of treatment in the country,a new artificial ecosystem was established to degrade the agricultural pollution. The ecosystem consists of fabrics,plants and microorganism,which can degrade and absorb TN,TP and organic compounds by decreasing the velocity of the flow and holding up the organic compounds. The results demonstrate that the respective degradation rate of TN,TP and COD in the artificial ecosystem is 10. 1%,24. 6% and 13. 3% with a higher efficiency of the artificial ecosystem for degradation of TN,TP and COD.
