Application of Prefabricated Frame and Shear Wall Structure in Residential Industrialization

The application of prefabricated buildings is the key to the residential industrialization. Prefabricated concrete frame and shear wall structure is a typical structure of prefabricated buildings. Through an investigation of a practical project,the present paper introduces the key construction technology and quality assurance measures of this structure from the perspectives of the detailed design of precast unit,the management of precast unit,the measures of field installation,the technology of precast unit connection,and the measures of precast unit suspension setting. The analysis of application results shows that the structure has advantages in construction efficiency,energy efficiency,and the reduction of construction waste and pollution. But there still exist such problems as higher cost,limited duration advantage,and complex site management. On this basis,the paper proposes three prospects including the products standardization and integration,the scale development of market-oriented industrial chain and the informationalized agile production system,thereby providing reference for the further application and development of this structure.
