System Innovation and China's Economic Growth

HONG Hua-xi, LIAO Xiao-xiang(Economic School, Yunnan University, Kunming, 650091,China)  
Since 1978, China's GDP has been increasing by the rate of 9 5%. So, what is the main factor that backs up China's rapid economic growth? Considering the input, system innovation is the key factor that promotes the growing input of non-national fixed assets. With respect to the output, system is the important variable for China's rapid economic growth. Therefore, the key factor that backs up China's rapid economic growth lies with the innovation of system. System restructuring and innovation will maintain the sustainable growth of China's economy.
