Application of ED-XRF in RoHS screening test

In order to resolve the problems of large amounts of samples and high cost in RoHS testing, we used a lot of ED-XRF testing experience and datas to evaluate the risk of the materials in power tools. Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry and Atomic Absorption Spectrometry were compared to test RoHS samples. The results showed the large contribution in RoHS screening testing and the disadvantage of Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry.
