Integrated training system of aero-engine fault analysis and diagnosis

Taking a certain type of turbofan engine as an entity,by using various technologies,such as modeling and simulation methods in fault diagnosis engines,virtual maintenance and interaction control,conversion and reconstitution of three-dimension model,computer control,etc.,a comprehensive training system of engines,which can analyze and diagnose malfunctions,is developed.Also,a new mode of engine maintenance and training that coordinates installation and simulator is established.This system realizes the photoelectron simulation,fault analysis and diagnosis,and removal training of malfunctions based on engine's state and fault parameter variation.This system can shorten the training time and reduce the training level of maintaining and diagnosing malfunctions of turbofan engine.In addition,the efficiency and the effectiveness of training are improved.
