Simulation experiment of steady-state evaporation rate of LNG storage tank based on ANSYS

The research of steady-state evaporation rate of LNG storage tank is introduced in experimental teaching,and the study on simulation experiment of steady-state evaporation rate of LNG storage tank based on ANSYS is carried out.The simulation experiment with ANSYS can obtain the steady-state temperature distribution of LNG storage tank,and the steady-state heat loss and evaporation rate with different ambient temperatures,different insulation thickness,and different heat conduction coefficient of insulation layer,which can promote students' understanding of evaporation law of LNG.The teaching effect can be improved by the teaching experiment combined with teaching and scientific research.It is beneficial to improving students' ability of simulation and cultivating their ability to solve scientific research problems by experiments.
