Comprehensive chemical experiment design based on integration of scientific reseanch and teaching

Combined with research achievement,a comprehensive chemical experiment is reported.The colorimetric detection of L-tryptophan by using molecularly imprinted photonic hydrogels.The experimental results show that the penetration and cross of the front fields such as emulsion polymerization,self-assembly and supramolecular chemistry are reflected,and the experiment results are clear,comparable and interesting.Through the experiment,it is helpful for students to fully understand the whole process of scientific research,to improve students' experiment design ability,practical ability,and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
