Application of LabVIEW measurement system in EPS training platform

In order to enrich the experimental teaching content of "Vehicle electronic control experiment,"based on LabVIEW development environment,this article builds up a system hardware platform including EPS training equipment and control cabinet,etc.and develops an EPS measurement system which includes a set of data acquisition,data storage,data analysis and process and other functions.The system breaks through the limitation which can only process demonstration experiment of the traditional EPS training platform,it can further be used for testing and analyzing the voltage signals of torque sensor,drive motor,engine speed and rotating speed.The development of measurement system involves the knowledge of automobile structure,the principle of automobile,electrotechnics,LabVIEW programming and so on.It can improve students' handson ability and scientific research ability from many aspects,and has a very high scientific practicability.
