Design of comprehensive experiment on preparation of nano-heterojunction and its piezoelectric performance characterization

The latest research achievements are transformed into the comprehensive design-type experimental teaching content,and a comprehensive experiment on the preparation of ZnO-CuO based nano-heterojunction materials and the performance evaluation of piezoelectric performance is designed and studied.The PN heterojunction structure of ZnO-CuO is prepared by the magnetron sputtering and aqueous solution method,and its piezoelectric performance is studied.The results show that the heterojunction structure has a very good rectifying characteristics,and when the external force is applied to the device,it produces a direct current output and has a high sensitivity.The current intensity is about 300 nA,which greatly improves the output performance of the nano-generator.This experiment stimulates the students' interest in the study of professional knowledge,helps them to deeply understand the relationship between the structure of the heterostructure and the performance of the device,and trains their innovative thinking ability and comprehensive practical ability.
