Development of experimental platform for rotational speed measurement based on NI ELVIS Ⅱ+and LabVIEW

In order to meet the teaching needs of the Testing Technology course,the experimental platform for the measurement of multi-sensor rotational speed is designed.This experimental platform is based on the small rotor and equipped with sensors such as the eddy current sensors,magnetoelectric sensors,photoelectric sensors,etc.Based on NI ELVIS Ⅱ+,a variety of signal conditioning circuit boards are designed.The LabVIEW software is used to develop the rotational speed test and analysis software,which can realize the simultaneous acquisition and analysis of signals by multiple sensors.Based on this experimental platform,a comprehensive experimental project is planned,through which students' ability to analyze and solve complex testing problems can be trained.
