In order to solve the problems of the insufficient training resources and traditional training mode of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities, the virtual reality technology is applied to the large-scale instrument training. The training process of the small animal living imaging system is simulated by the virtual reality technology, and the students complete the instrument operation training through human-computer interaction in the virtual experimental environment. The training process is automatically recorded, and the training results are automatically presented. The large-scale instrument training based on the virtual reality breaks the limitation of time and space in the traditional training process, stimulates students' interest in learning, cultivates their practical ability, and improves the utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments.
