Design of virtual simulation practical teaching system for bird identification and field work methods

In order to reduce the influence of the teachers,phenology,weather,funds,teaching hours and other factors on the field practice,a virtual simulation teaching system for the bird identification and field work methods is constructed.This system consists of the following five modules:the route guidance,background knowledge,bird identification,sample line survey and bird banding,which has two models for learning and testing.Students can learn the identifying features of birds and field work methods through the network platform.The interactive virtual operation can stimulate students' interest in learning,realize the opening and sharing of excellent teaching resources,achieve better practice effect and improve teaching quality.
