Network experimental teaching platform for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hoisting equipment

The experimental teaching platform for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the hoist equipment based on Internet is constructed.According to the different terminals,the network platform is divided into the following two sub-platforms:the Internet experimental teaching sub-platform and mobile Internet experimental teaching sub-platform.Both sub-platforms contain the function modules of equipment monitoring,equipment diagnosis,equipment selection,etc.The equipment monitoring module and the equipment diagnosis module are oriented to the five subsystems of the hoisting equipment,which can realize the functions such as the real-time value checking,data query,fault alarm,cause analysis,etc.In teaching,the field experiments are combined with the network experiments,which greatly improves the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
