Exploration of comprehensive teaching experiment aiming at training new engineering talents

In combination with the practical experience in the Light Chemical Engineering specialty,and based on the research project,a comprehensive teaching experiment,i.e.,the determination of H2 O2 by the electrogenerated chemiluminescence method based on the CdTe quantum dots-graphene system is designed.This experiment is interdisciplinary,comprehensive,applied and frontier.Students can master the preparation methods and characterization techniques of quantum dots and graphene nanomaterials,master the structure and operation methods of the infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence spectrophotometer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and understand the principles,sample preparation methods and operation skills of high power transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.
