A Comparison of Some Biochemical Properties of Cellulases from Sn--9308 and Sn-9106-1

Optimal pH and Optimal temperature of different Cellulase complexes from Sn-9308 and Sn-9106-1 were compared. Activities of cellulase complexes in different cultivation time were also measured. Optimal pH of filter enzyme, C_1 enzyme, C_x enzyme, β-glucosidase from Sn-9308 is respectively 5.0, 5.5, 4.5, 4.5, from Sn-9106-1 respectively 5.0, 5.0, 4.5, 5.0. Optimal temperature of the four enzymes from Sn-9308 and Sn-9106-1 is the same, respectively 55℃, 45℃, 60℃, 65℃. The highest production of cellulases of Sn-9308 and Sn-9106-1 is from 4.0 dgys to 4.5 dgys.
