Study on clinical manifestation and diagnostic criteria of tourette disease

objective To seach for the clinical manifeation and diagnostic criteria of Tourette disease.Method There were 98 cases. Studied on these children's clinical manifestation and test examination,also comparing different of CCMD-Ⅱ and DSM-Ⅲ-R. The results were analysed statisticafly.Results There are 2 different pionts letween CCMD-Ⅱ and DSM -Ⅲ - R ①Tourette's disease has a one-year delimitation,while tic-coprolalia syndrome does not. ②The tic -coprolalia in Tourtte's disease ned not occure, but tic- coprolalia sgndrome must occure in the same patient.Conclusion The authors think that CCMD-Ⅱ is more feasible.
