Nutriition,heogram and T lymphocyte subpopulations in the children with obesity

Objective To search for the nutrition and healthy condition in the children with obesity.Methods There were 104 preschool childrdn with simple obesity,Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲdegree fat children were,9, 48 and 47 cases respectively. The hemogram and T Lymphocyte subpopulations were determined.The diet was analysed retrospectively in 31 cases of them. Results The results of dietary survey show. that the intake of vitamin C protein and iron Lower than recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 71.4%, 48.4% and 29.0% respectively. The morbidity rate of anemia is 21.2% in 104 children with obesity(18.4% in males and 23.6% in females).CD8+, CD8 + and CD4+/CD8+ in children with obesity are same to healthy children, but CD4+percentage in obesity children is higher than that in health children. (P0.01).The percentages of CD8+ and CD8+ in male.obesity children are higher than that in female ones (P0.01, P0.05) Conclusions Obesity children Lave deficiency of some nutrient.The morbidity rate of nutritional anemia is 21.2% in obesity children.The CD4+ of obesity children is higher tan that.of healthy children.The CD3 + and CD8 + in male obesity children are higher than that in female ones.
