Problems and Evolution of Exsiting Personnel Training Model in Physical Educaiton Institutes

The author used literature reviews,expert interview and logical analysis,to make a comprehensive and systemic research towards the trends and problems of the exsiting personnel training model in the physical education institutes in China.The results have shown that the personnel training model in the physical education institutes has gone through three kinds of changes: from "professionals" to "one major with multi-skills",and to newly raised "composite innovative talents".The existing model has the trends of playing down the major setting,diversification of professional training objectives,integration and motorization of curriculum system,diversification of teaching program mode,flexible forms of organization of teaching,diversification of evaluation of teaching,and non-teaching in the form of training has been to strengthen the trend.However,there are still a weak link in the reform of the time,still less professional settings,room for improvement in teaching mode,the content of education to be increased,in the form of a single teaching practice.
