Effects of Extra-Curricular Sports Activities in Students' Self-Confidence Development

Mainly aiming at the phenomenon that the vocational college students' self-confidence is insufficient,this paper discusses the effect extra-curricular sports activities in students' self-confident development by the test of SCL-90 symptom checklist and the 16PF personality factor meter test scale.It aims at proposing reasonable and effective methods and ways to enhance students' self-confidence.The experimental result shows:students have the extremely significant difference in the interpersonal relationship,anxiety,excitability,worry,and the independence;In despondence,fright,sociability,sensitivity,tension,adaptation and anxiety,introversion and the extroversion,students also have significant change.
