Influence of Aerobic Exercises and Diet Controlling on Hypothalamus-Langerhans Islands-Fat Axis in the Obese Adolescents

Objective: To investigate the effect of the weight reduction plan on obese young people,and then to evaluate the mechanism of losing weight from HT—areas of Langerhans—fat axis,which can provide the experiment basis for the research of mechanism of weight reduction.Method: 8 obese young children that participate in training camp of weight reduction(female 5,male 3,age 17±2.53 years),exerted the plan which the oxygen movement and the diet control unifies during the four weeks.At the early days of training(before the training),the middle days(two weeks later training) and the later days(four weeks later training),the authors test blood targets as well as NPY,leptin,insulin and so on.Results: The results of middle days compared with early days show that BMI decreases significantly,LDL and TC decrease significantly(P0.01);TG decreases significantly(P0.05),HDL increases significantly(P0.05),NPY and insulin decrease significantly(P 0.05).The results of the later days compared with early days are that weight and BMI decrease significantly(P 0.01),TG,LDL and TC decrease significantly(P 0.01),leptin and insulin decrease significantly(P 0.01),NPY decreases significantly(P 0.05),and HDL increases significantly(P 0.05).The results of the middle days compared with later days are that LDL and leptin decrease significantly(P 0.01),insulin and NPY decrease significantly(P 0.05).The comparison blood glucose of three times is no statistical significance.Correlation analysis shows that insulin and leptin positive correlate significantly(P0.05),insulin and NPY positive correlate significantly(P0.05),body weight and leptin positive correlate significantly(P0.05).Conclusion: Combined of aerobic exercise and dietary controlling,the weight losing plan can enhance the adjustment mechanisms of HT—areas of Langerhans—fat axis and improve the body's fat metabolism.The reducing weight effect of early two weeks is better than the effect of late two weeks.
