Mutual Relations Between Sports Lifestyle and Blood Pressure of Undergraduate Students in Beijing City

Through more than 1500 college students each year in sports lifestyle survey and blood pressure levels and high blood pressure can be drawn from the rate of detection of non-good sports and good way of life of college students blood pressure,high blood pressure rates exist significant differences,and good sports lifestyle of students' BMI is superior to the level of non-sports lifestyle of students.It argues that a good sports lifestyle can change or maintain BMI of university students,so as to maintain or achieve the better level of blood pressure and lower rates of high blood pressure.
