Effects on Sport of p38MAPK

Recently the effect of the exercise in signal transduction of skeletal rnuscle has become the research hotspot and advancing front in the field.At home and abroad some scholars have indicated that mitogen-activated protein kinase system(MAPKs) in cellular signal transduction plays a very important role,and p38MAPK is the most in-depth research.It influence transport and ustake of skeletal muscle glucose through glucose transporter protein 4(GLUT4) of skeletal muscle,and thus glucose metabolism of the body regulating the role of certain,but the results which related to the effects of exercise on P38MAPK are not consistent,now the authors carry out the latest research findings of domestic and overseas to sorting,summing up and concluding,in order to provide reference for future research.
