Lack of Market Competition for Operations of Chinese Large-Scale Sport Facilities

By means of literature reviews and questionnaires,the authors analyzed lack of competition on China' s major sports venues and their impact. Based on lack of competition theory,the authors described the causes of insufficient competition venues operating performance. Followed by analysis of the state of lack of competition venues operated under the expected results,its results included desired result,operating inefficiencies and operating profits,while operating profits were inefficient and generated deadweight loss. Finally,for this problem it is proposed to improve the quality supervision system,strengthen supervision stadium products; steady implementation of the privatization reform through full investigation; improve operations and rely on non- competitive antitrust laws,regulations venues and advantage of diversification of the main structure,optimize operations results and actively filing and summary facilitate for government procurement of services experience proposals.
