Strategies for Effectiveness of Public P. E. Teaching in Regular Institutes of Higher Learning

Faced with the reduced teaching hours,students' weariness and sport qualities declined in public college P. E.Course,which shows that effectiveness of teaching preparation,implementation and evaluation were weaken continuously.If we don't seek the realization of P. E. Teaching value,the benefits of P. E. teaching activities and the impartiality of P.E. teaching evaluation,some problems are not only difficult to solve,such as whether the students want to learn or learn actively,howto learn and that they can learn or not,but we even can't make them be the evidence of public P. E. teaching effectiveness through the learning attitude and improving the interest in learning.
